Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled maintenance guru who loves beer, has thick skin, and can keep the line running to get tasty brews out the door. This is a 2nd Shift position (Monday‑Friday, 2PM‑10PM) that requires occasional overtime and weekend work.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and improve mechanical and electrical equipment/systems in a high‑speed manufacturing environment while ensuring product quality and employee safety.
  • Fix machine breakdowns and perform preventative maintenance in a timely manner.
  • Record repair logs and maintenance performed.
  • Work closely with production departments to identify opportunities to perform critical repairs while minimizing production downtime.
Mandatory Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience troubleshooting and maintaining hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50lbs and servicing equipment throughout the brewery.
  • Experience operating manufacturing equipment (fillers, packers, labelers, conveyors, etc.).
  • Familiar with fabricating, machining, welding, and metal work.
  • Experience creating and performing preventative maintenance routines.
  • Intermediate computer skills and excellent verbal communication.
  • Ability to read schematics/blueprints and use precision electrical measuring/testing equipment and special tools.
  • Vendor communication and parts ordering experience.
Additional Skills
  • Experience in the food/beverage industry.
  • Experience troubleshooting and servicing a variety of electrical control systems, PLCs, VFDs, power distribution systems, and circuits.
  • Control Logix experience.
