Travel Mig Welder
Perform Mig welding on JLG baskets, A-frames, and related components in a high-volume production environment.
Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly of parts.
Pass and maintain proficiency in a horizontal Mig welding test and written test covering welding fundamentals and safety.
Use grinding tools to clean, finish, and prepare welds and materials as required.
Measure materials accurately with a tape measure and apply basic math skills to confirm dimensions and tolerances.
Follow established fabrication processes to produce consistent, high-quality welds that meet production and quality standards.
Work efficiently on 3rd shift to meet daily production targets while maintaining safety and quality.
This is a contract to hire position based out of Atlanta, GA.
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
