About the role you're considering

Capgemini is seeking Industrial Engineers to support the A320 Final Assembly Line (FAL) and Completion Operations in Mobile, Alabama.

Your role

  • Identify production bottlenecks, schedule risks, and flow disruptions, while driving mitigation and recovery plans to maintain delivery objectives.

  • Analyze workload distribution, resource utilization, and operational efficiency across production stations to support line balancing and optimize production flow.

  • Evaluate the impact of Non-Conformities (NCs), disruptions, and rework on production schedules and assess downstream effects on aircraft completion and delivery.

  • Utilize Airbus production systems, Skywise reporting tools, and operational dashboards to monitor aircraft performance, analyze production metrics, and recommend improvements.

  • Drive data-driven problem solving, continuous improvement initiatives, and implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Airbus Operating System (AOS) principles.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Production Leadership, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Planning, Logistics, and Aircraft Managers to ensure aircraft-level coordination and timely issue resolution.

Experience:
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering
