Construction Integration Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Integration Manager to join our team in Atlanta. This role involves supervising and coordinating the activities of production and operating workers, ensuring quality and efficiency in operations.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience supervising production, construction, or operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control systems, equipment maintenance, and operational efficiency.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers.
• Review operations and collaborate with technical and administrative staff to resolve production or processing issues.
• Monitor production tracking, quality control, and maintenance activities to identify and address production problems.
• High School Diploma or GED required;
  Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
• Prior work experience in a similar industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills &

Qualifications:

• Experience with Bluebeam and P6 software.
• Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers.
• Review operations and collaborate with technical and administrative staff to resolve production or processing issues.
• Monitor production tracking, quality control, and maintenance activities to identify and address production problems.
• Implement measures to improve employee performance, production methods, equipment efficiency, and product quality.
• Prepare production reports and maintain personnel records.
