Role Summary
The Fulfillment & Logistics Technician supports the department lead by ensuring accurate inventory tracking and efficient fulfillment of outgoing orders to meet cannabis supply agreements. This hands-on role focuses on maintaining stock levels, preparing deliveries, and executing inventory tasks to meet outgoing orders while adhering to internal protocols and NJ regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Maintainaccurateinventory recordsandassistwithroutineaudits.
- Pullproductsfrom adequate inventory levels tofulfill ordersandprevent overstock.
- Support the receiving process by inspecting and verifying deliveries for accuracy and quality, ensuring products meet company standards.
- Restock the fulfillment center and vault room tomaintainproduct availability.
Fulfillment Operations
- Ensuretimelyandaccuratepreparation, packing,and shipment of customer orders.
- Work closely with production and sales teams to ensure that fulfillment efforts align with customer demand.
- Assistwiththe preparation and organization of transport manifests for deliveries, ensuringaccuratedocumentation.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure all inventory, fulfillment, and delivery operations comply with state cannabis regulations.
- Maintainaccuraterecords and help generate necessary compliance reports.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Work closely with production, sales, and other departments to ensure fulfillment andlogisticsefforts align with company goals.
- Provide updates to management on inventory andfulfillmentperformance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience:
Prefer1–3 years in fulfillment,logistics, or inventory management, preferably in a regulated industry like cannabis or CPG. - Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g.,Metrc).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving industry while maintaining compliance.

- Be physically capable of lifting upto 50 lbs. and performing tasks like bending, squatting, and reaching.
- Comply withall state regulations, including obtaining necessary cannabis handler permissions.
