Conversion Associate

Position Summary

The part‑time Conversions associate shall be responsible for performing routine duties and completing conversion requirements associated with the day‑to‑day activities of the conversions division of Stadium Operations. Duties include but are not limited to: manual labor, event set‑up and tear down activities, compliance with equipment handling guidelines, quality controlling work executed according to outlines and other functions and duties as required by the Conversions Supervisors.

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Lift moderate amounts of weight in the form of tables, chairs, stanchions, staging floor panels and plywood panels as required.
• Push equipment carts, door panels and staging units as required.
• Follow written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively in person, email, radio, and messaging.
• Assume responsibility for equipment assigned (i.e., pagers, two‑way radios, keys, tapes, etc.).
• Ensure that all storage rooms are kept clean and in an orderly manner.
• Notify Conversion Supervisor of equipment and facilities in need of repair and replacement.
• Notify Conversion Supervisor of supplies requiring replenishment.
• Interact with other departmental personnel in a cooperative manner.
• Complete daily assignments as assigned and in a cooperative manner.
• Be prepared to work unusual shifts and hours.
• Perform any other duties, functions, special projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Conversion Supervisor.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• Minimum one (1) year experience in a set‑up or related position preferred.
