Bakery Production Supervisor

Vie de France Yamazaki, Inc. is a national manufacturer of frozen breads, croissants and pastriesis. We are seeking an experienced production supervisor to join our leadership team in Atlanta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in a bakery environment and responsible for production quality, demand versus completions, cost control, employee management, training and safety, scheduling, and enforcing company GMPs, policies and procedures.

This is normally a 2nd shift assignment in a 3 shift a day/5 day a week operation. Experience with BRC protocol is very helpful. Prior experience managing in a union environment is also helpful.
