Senior Cisco CUCM / CER Engineer – E911

Cisco CUCM Engineer specifically to support our Macy's and Bloomingdale's retail store environments. Because of the unique safety compliance and scale of these large department stores, the candidate must have heavy, hands-on experience with Cisco Emergency Responder (CER) and E911 architectures.

Core Technical Requirements:

• Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
• Strong administration, routing, and troubleshooting skills.
• Cisco Emergency Responder (CER)
• Proven experience configuring, managing, and troubleshooting CER.
• They must understand ERL (Emergency Response Location) and ELIN (Emergency Location Identification Number) mapping.
• E911 Compliance
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (Kari's Law & RAY BAUM'S Act) as they relate to multi-line telephone systems (MLTS) in a large enterprise or retail environment.
• Voice Gateways & Protocols
• Experience with SIP trunking, H.323, MGCP, and voice gateways (ISR/CUBE).

• Ability to manage voice infrastructure for multi-floor, high-density retail locations with dynamic endpoints (wired desks, break rooms, mobile/wireless store devices).
