Our firm has been retained by a US based, multibillion dollar manufacturer that has been in business for over one hundred years. The client has a specialty niche operation that is significantly growing and now needs a most critical leadership role. The Director of Quality plays a critical leadership role in enabling scalable growth by ensuring consistent manufacturing quality across all facilities.
Through standardization, continuous improvement, and strong cross-functional collaboration, this leader will help reduce waste, improve operational efficiency, strengthen customer confidence, and establish a culture where quality is embedded in every aspect of the business.
Currently, this unit has two large plants and is building two more. These are large plants with state-of-the-art equipment and 600+ employees in each.
The company makes large capital products for a very niche business sector and serves some of the largest brands in the world. The plants are state of the art with fabrication, electrical, welding and assembly operations.
Compensation is very strong and competitive. In addition to a high salary, there is a very lucrative bonus plan. Benefits are excellent. By the way, the company has very little turnover. Most join and stay until retirement. A move here is likely the last stop on the resume.
