Production Worker

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing process equipment in the manufacturing of pleated filters, gas turbine filter and other filtration products, parts and assemblies.
• Work safely at all times following all safety procedures, wearing designated personal protective equipment for the job performed.
• Proactively seek out, report and assist in the elimination of any unsafe conditions or practices.
• Ensure products produced meet all quality specifications.
• Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually with the use of appropriate equipment.
• Keep work area clean, neat and safe.

• High School Diploma / GED or a minimum of 2 years of work experience.
• Able to read, interpret and follow work instructions.
• Willingness to learn all aspects of the process and move from one job to another as business needs warrant.
• Outstanding teamwork - must be able to work successfully and effectively with others.
• Technical Capacity required.
• Working knowledge of computers is preferred.
• Able to stand, sit and walk throughout an entire shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to use hand tools.
• Able and willing to work a modified shift as needed.
• Able and willing to work multiple shifts as needed.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed.
