Flex Operator – Rfab

Responsibilities

• Safely operates router machinery.
• Meets quality and production standards.
• Supports efficient operations through training and teamwork while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Will rotate and safely operate machines in Router.
• Ability through training, learning, testing and demonstrated competency.
• Must be able to maintain quality and production rates.
• Must perform housekeeping, use applicable tools and accurately maintain necessary records.
• Set-up and change simple fixturing and standard tooling.
• Responsible for 5s in work area.

• High school diploma/GED.
• Assistance and reliability:
  The employee may rely on reporting to work at the scheduled time and is rarely absent from work.
• The employee may need to complete the work in a timely, accurate and thorough manner and is aware of assignments.
• Communication and contact:
  The employee will communicate effectively with management members, the leader, and the team.
• Relationships with others:
  The employee exhibits a professional manner in dealing with others and works to maintain constructive working relationships.
