As Manufacturing Lead, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day production performance within a specialized cold heading and fastener manufacturing operation. You'll lead by example on the production floor, setting up and operating multi-die progressive headers and automated bolt lines, troubleshooting mechanical and tooling issues, supporting die maintenance, and providing technical direction to operators. This role offers significant hands‑on responsibility and the opportunity to directly influence safety, quality, uptime, productivity, and production performance within a growing manufacturing organization.
