As Manufacturing Lead, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day production performance within a specialized cold heading and fastener manufacturing operation. You'll lead by example on the production floor, setting up and operating multi-die progressive headers and automated bolt lines, troubleshooting mechanical and tooling issues, supporting die maintenance, and providing technical direction to operators.
