Inventory Control Associate
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to join their team. As an Inventory Control Associate, you will be part of the Inventory Management Department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $20.00/hourly
Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
What's the Job?
- Conduct daily counts and reconciliations in accordance with established inventory control, safety, and quality policies and procedures.
- Assist in root-cause analysis and problem solving related to inventory discrepancies.
- Participate in company culture activities to promote continuous improvement and team engagement.
- Monitor count completeness reports; identify materials to be counted; help ensure 100% count accuracy.
- Input and maintain count records and reports via SAP, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or G.E.D.; some college coursework preferred.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in inventory control, materials, production, or cost accounting environment.
- Experience with cycle counts and record reconciliation is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP, manufacturing, and inventory control functions.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, with strong math and numeric aptitude.
