Yard Switcher

Move and spot containers to facilitate warehouse sorting and processing of material for shipment or storage
Maintain a neat and orderly storage lot to maximize efficiency in servicing plant needs
Drive and operate vehicles in and around the plant, storage lot, and staging area

• Prior experience operating manual transmission/10 speed preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Attention to detail required to promote safety for you and others
• High motivation and ability to work overtime as necessary
• Ability to work in extreme conditions including heat, cold, elements, and air particulate
• Ability to repetitively lift up to 50-75 pounds and adjust body position to bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for entire shifts of varying lengths
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required, including eye protection, ear protection at several locations, and safety shoes
• Close vision, distance vision, and color vision required

Demonstrates expertise in operating vehicles and handling materials in a warehouse environment while ensuring safety and efficiency. Capable of working in extreme conditions and adhering to safety protocols with a strong attention to detail.
