Plant Manager; OEM Structural Components

As Plant Manager, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of plant operations across Production, Maintenance, Tooling, Material Handling, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory, and Continuous Improvement. You'll lead a large manufacturing workforce across two facilities, drive measurable improvements in safety, quality, OEE, productivity, on-time delivery, and profitability, while working closely with senior leadership on budgeting, staffing, capital investments, and overall plant strategy. • P&L & Budget Accountability: Work closely with senior leadership on plant budgets, labor costs, material costs, operating expenses, capital investments, and profitability.
• Operational Excellence: Own key plant metrics including safety, OEE, quality/COPQ, on-time delivery, productivity, labor efficiency, scrap, operating expenses, and gross margin.
• Lean Manufacturing Culture: Lead Lean Manufacturing, 6S, Kaizen, QEK, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives focused on measurable operational improvements.
