General Operative – Production (Crisp Factory)
Please note:
full training with be provided.
The roles involve working on the production line, quality control of product, packing and loading product for distribution etc. Working as part of a team, you will be applying practical skills, working quickly, accurately and with excellent attention to detail.
LocationAs we are currently establishing a new production facility, this role will be based in either Oldtown, Co. Dublin, or St. Margaret’s, Swords, Co. Dublin. Initial training will be provided in Oldtown, Co. Dublin.
Key Areas OfThe Role
- Working on the production lines, you must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Setting up machines and bagging product.
- Rejecting out-of-specification product.
- Ensuring conformance to specifications.
- Reporting and addressing issues of quality and safety.
- Adhering to HACCP and Health and safety practices at all times.
- Ensuring the workstation is kept in excellent order with regards to housekeeping.
- Using lifting equipment, pallet trucks and/ forklift trucks (not all roles).
- General Factory duties.
- Chips are rostered for 3 days on 4 days off (Full-time hours over 3 days).
- Manual work experience.
- Own transport as no public transport available in the area.
- Good team work skills.
- Good Communication Skills.
