Lead Software Architect - Electrical Power Monitoring System

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large-scale cloud development and a strong background in the Power and Electrical domain. This role requires hands-on experience with Distributed Energy Resources (DER), microgrids, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).You will report directly to our Sr.

Director, Engineering and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

MUST HAVE6+ years of software engineering / architecture experience, preferably in product development environments.
6+ years in EPMS, power monitoring, electrical distribution, microgrids, DER, BESS, SCADA, or related energy management systems.

Hands-on technical depth in .NET / C#, React JS, microservices, REST APIs, cloud-native architecture, Azure cloud services, Dev Ops, CI/CD, security, and observability.

Proven ability to lead architecture for complex platforms with cross-functional engineering teams and domain SMEs.WE VALUE Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
