WhatYou'll Do
- Operate, set up, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met.
- Inspect products to verify compliance with customer specifications and quality requirements.
- Accurately record production data to support traceability and operational excellence.
- Communicate production progress, updates, and issues with supervisors and team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
- Experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment preferred.
- Ability to use precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
- CNC experience is a plus.
- Basic computer proficiency; SAP experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions, procedures, and equipment manuals.
