Sweet Water Brewing Co. in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Brew House Operator to perform daily wort production, CIP, and finishing operations. You will ensure a clean, organized brew floor and adherence to quality standards while supporting the team.
Responsibilities include maintaining safety and cleanliness, following procedures, and communicating maintenance needs to optimize performance. Prior brewery experience is preferred and shift rotation occurs every 2–4 weeks.
