OverviewThe Marketing Operations Specialist will provide support to all marketing operations functional groups including technology management, reporting and analytics, training and education, process management and data quality.
Responsibilities- Oversee the execution and delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Develop and implement optimization strategies to maximize campaign performance and ROI
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and analytics to ensure alignment with expectations
- Create and manage workflows, segmentation lists and automation rules to streamline marketing processes and enhance operational efficiency
- Implement and maintain marketing automation processes, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and lead processing workflows
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Marketing Operations ecosystem and its associated tech stack, data integrations and process flows
- Generate weekly marketing key performance indicators (KPI) reports across all functional teams
- Communicate marketing operations updates and opportunities to management and stakeholders
- Document processes and communicate improvements to enhance marketing productivity and efficiency
- Define business requirements for marketing operations projects, initiatives, and technical implementations
- 2-4 years of professional experience in marketing and/or sales operations preferred
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with Marketo (or equivalent marketing automation platform) and
- Working knowledge of HTML and basic web technologies
- Demonstrated proficiency with marketing technology systems and integration platforms
- Advanced knowledge of campaign lifecycle management and audience segmentation strategies
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive continuous process improvements
- Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales development and sales teams
- Excellent ability to prioritize multiple initiatives, solve complex problems, and translate abstract business challenges into actionable solutions
- Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated commitment to personal accountability
- Time management and organizational capabilities
- Proven ability to work effectively in team environments while demonstrating self-motivation and commitment to professional development
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Compensation and BenefitsOur compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base salary for this role ranges from $75,000 per year to $95,000 per year. Compensation will be determined by several factors, including relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus within a comprehensive total rewards package, alongside a full suite of medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, paid time off, paid holidays, and paid personal/sick time.
