A Fortune 500 marketing organization is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Brand Review Support Specialist & Project Coordinator to support local marketing efforts across a large, distributed field network. This role focuses on reviewing brand submissions, supporting local marketing alignment, managing project workflows, and serving as a thoughtful, service-minded point of contact for field teams.

This position blends brand stewardship, project coordination, and communication. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can balance multiple work streams, and brings clarity, consistency, and care to every interaction. This is a long-term contract, remote role. Strong preference for candidates located on EST time zone. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for brand review requests, responding to field teams and internal partners with timely, clear guidance.
• Review a wide range of local marketing and brand submissions (e.g., vehicle graphics, promotional items, font requests) and provide brand-aligned feedback within defined SLAs.
• Approve and manage customizable templates and assets within an internal digital asset management (DAM) system.
• Provide feedback and support for local promotions and market-level campaigns.
• Track submission trends and surface insights to improve brand alignment and field communication over time.
• Support ongoing field communications, including newsletters, briefs, and campaign updates.
• Manage timelines, workflows, and deliverables for brand review and local marketing projects using a project management platform.
• Escalate complex or strategic brand questions to appropriate partners when needed.
• Participate in field or regional calls to ensure consistency in messaging and guidance.
• Offer brand and creative consultations to field teams, answering questions related to brand standards and best practices.
• Support the testing and rollout of AI-enabled tools within brand review and creative workflows.

• 3+ years of experience in an agency, brand, or fast-paced service-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and quick turnarounds.
• Clear, diplomatic communication skills, especially when providing feedback or navigating sensitive conversations.
• A service-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to support field teams and partners.
• Experience with project management tools and digital asset management systems.
• A solid understanding of brand alignment and visual standards; while this role does not require design, an eye for creative quality is important.
• Comfort learning new tools and workflows, including AI-supported processes.
• Ability to remain calm, flexible, and solutions-oriented under pressure.
