Role Summary
We are looking for a high-performance Marketing Manager to own community activations, partnerships, and experiential marketing across our portfolio of brands. You will build relationships, activate communities, run events, manage collaborations, and turn brand presence into real business results.
Responsibilities
Community Building & Activations
- Design and execute community activation strategies that drive brand engagement, loyalty, and sales.
- Plan and manage brand events, pop-ups, product launches, and experiential campaigns.
- Build and grow brand communities across physical and digital platforms.
- Own marketing efforts that create an emotional connection and strong brand recall.
- Identify, pitch, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with creators, influencers, institutions, lifestyle brands, retailers, and organizations.
- Build long-term collaborations that expand brand reach, credibility, and revenue.
- Manage partnership calendars, deliverables, and performance tracking.
- Develop activation calendars aligned with product drops, seasonal campaigns, and retail schedules.
- Work closely with creative, content, sales, and e-commerce teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Oversee execution end-to-end from concept to rollout and reporting.
- Track engagement, reach, acquisition, and conversion metrics across activations and partnerships.
- Produce clear reports showing ROI, insights, and optimization opportunities.
- Continuously improve performance through data-backed decision-making.
- Experience in marketing, brand activation, partnerships, or community marketing.
- Proven track record of executing successful campaigns, activations, and partnerships.
- Experience in retail, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brands is a strong advantage
- Strong project management and execution discipline.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- High creativity combined with commercial thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without losing quality.
