- Review all materials for accuracy, polish, and brand alignment
- Execute or coordinate light design work as needed
- Operate with a builder’s mindset — proactive, accountable, and solutions‑oriented
- Help refine internal processes, workflows, and systems as the agency grows
- Serve as a culture carrier and emerging leader within the agency
- Be willing to roll up your sleeves while thinking strategically
- 3–5 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or agency environment
- Proven experience managing multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines
- Strong writing and editing skills across digital and marketing formats
- Hands‑on experience with Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar email platforms
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong design sensibility and exceptional attention to detail
- Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment
- Experience in hospitality or founder‑led brands
- Experience supporting senior leaders or high‑touch executive clients
- Familiarity with brand strategy, personal branding, or thought leadership content

, commensurate with experience.
