* ** The Project Manager, Content*
* ** OnBrand** will report to a Sr. Project Manager and have responsibility for the delivery of content programs. The successful individual will manage overarching project planning, creative strategy, creative execution, and production for content experiences and integrated marketing campaigns. They will work collaboratively with OnBrand strategists, creatives, producers, developers, and account managers as well as Amex marketers, brand and technology COE, and external Integrated Agency Teams to deliver best-in-class content campaigns.
To be successful in this role, the candidate must be solution-oriented and flexible. They must have experience creating, monitoring, and maintaining project plans for high-visibility initiatives requiring rigorous timelines with parallel work streams, and always seek to identify opportunities for improvement. The candidate must have experience working with AI generation enablement processes across creative, production, and account team leaders, and guide all participants to achieve the highest possible standards.
** Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:*
* + Directly manage creative planning, execution, and production for high complexity content generation programs and oversee project teams in executing medium and low complexitycontent projects
+ Leverage channel specific content development l best practices using AI to inform campaign executions - written, video, photography, audio, etc
+ Collaborate and drive the development of comprehensive end-to-end content project plans that are inclusive of all colleagues needed to complete the projects based on marketer expectations.
+ Stay up to date with the latest AI marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
+ Working closely with project team leads to proactively manage end-to-end project delivery (e.g., timeline management, risk assessment, and hard cost budget management)…
