The role of the Senior Manager, Creator Activation is to help build and execute best-in-class strategies in creator programming and identification, relationship management, and campaign activations. Through individual contribution, you will develop strategic platforms to drive client benefit in all their influencer marketing efforts.
Responsibilites- Oversee and manage the communication between agency team members and influencers or their managers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and/or their management teams to ensure influencers enjoy working with our team
- Develop creative briefs for influencers to ensure content alignment with brand and campaign needs
- Review influencer content and posts for adherence to FTC guidelines, campaign strategy, and brand guidelines
- Provide thoughtful and respectful feedback to influencers on content pitches, final assets, and contract negotiations
- Leverage analytical insights and data to enhance campaign executions and optimize content opportunities
- Research markets, audiences, industry trends, etc. to bring cutting-edge ideas to creative solutions
- 4-6 years of experience in the creator marketing field, including responsibility for full campaign execution
- Possess knowledge of creator strategy, social channel expertise, and influencer contract/payment processes
- Expertise with Reporting platforms (i.e. Creator
IQ, Sprout Social) - Experience with influencer advertising guidelines, including the FTC rules and regulations
- Experience with organic and paid brand campaigns
Strong interpersonal skills, with proven success in a highly collaborative working style - Ability to manage multiple projects while providing strategic recommendations for best-in-class work outputs
- Highly organized, exceptionally detail-oriented, and accountable for results
