We are proud of our collaborative culture and are committed to helping our team members grow their skills and careers.

The Marketing Coordinator will be based in our Atlanta, GA headquarters and will report directly to the Marketing Manager, who also sits in the Atlanta office. This role may offer a hybrid schedule for the right candidate. The Marketing Manager is actively invested in mentoring and ensuring that the Marketing Coordinator’s professional development is a priority, providing regular feedback, coaching, and growth opportunities.

This position supports corporate marketing and business development initiatives, with a strong focus on digital asset development, website updates, social media strategy and engagement, and graphics production. The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to build a long-term career in A/E/C marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and produce digital and print marketing assets (brochures, project sheets, collateral, templates) using Adobe Creative Cloud, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality design.
  • Own and execute day-to-day social media efforts, including content planning, writing, design, and publishing across company channels (primarily Linked In, with support for other platforms as needed).
  • Actively champion engagement on social media by highlighting project milestones, team achievements, and company culture; monitor performance and contribute ideas to grow reach and interaction.
  • Maintain and update the company website, including creating and publishing new project pages, updating staff and services content, and ensuring information is accurate and current.
  • Capture and coordinate photography and video for projects, events, and people-focused content (jobsite photography, office events), and collaborate with external photographers/videographers for high-visibility initiatives.
  • Prepare onboarding marketing items such as new-hire welcome materials, signage, and business card orders to help create a positive first impression for new employees.
  • Support proposal and business development efforts, including assisting with project cut sheets, resumes, and other collateral used in pursuits.
  • Assist with planning and executing company events, conferences, and trade shows, including logistics coordination with internal administrative staff and third-party vendors.
  • Help identify, order, and manage inventory of conference/tradeshow promotional items (swag) that reflect our brand and culture.
  • Maintain and organize shared design resources (such as InDesign libraries, image repositories, and templates) to keep the marketing team efficient and aligned.
Qualifications (Required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, English, or a related field (or equivalent applicable experience).
  • 2–5 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Experience supporting and managing social media channels (e.g., Linked In; additional platforms a plus).
  • Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills, with attention to detail and brand voice.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently while being an engaged, collaborative member of a team.
Preferred (“Nice to Have”)
  • Prior experience in the A/E/C (Architecture/Engineering/Construction) industry.
  • Familiarity with SF330s or similar qualifications/proposal formats.
  • Word Press experience.
