Hype Tier is seeking a highly organized and creative Communications Coordinator to join our growing team. This role plays a critical part in shaping our internal and external messaging, ensuring consistency across platforms, and supporting company-wide communication initiatives. The ideal candidate is an effective writer, a strong team player, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, memos, and presentations.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of communication strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure messaging is accurate and consistent across all channels.
  • Track and analyze communication metrics to improve future strategies.
  • Support in the planning and promotion of company events and initiatives.
  • Maintain and update communication calendars and materials.
  • Ensure brand voice is upheld in all forms of written content.
Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a communications or public relations role.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design tools is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset.
