Brand Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

A client with Kforce is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager, Platform Strategy and Naming to join their team in Atlanta, GA.

Summary:

The client is seeking a staff Brand Strategist for a short-term opportunity supporting the client's platform transformation. This role will focus on driving brand clarity and consistency across the client's ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on brand and product naming aligned to the client’s naming principles and governance. This role will serve as brand naming lead, managing intake and ongoing operations of the client’s Naming Center of Excellence, partnering cross‑functionally to develop clear, customer‑centric naming recommendations, and ensuring consistent application of brand standards.

• Lead brand and product naming strategy aligned to the client’s naming principles, guidelines, and brand architecture
• Own intake and ongoing management of the client’s Naming Center of Excellence
• Partner with marketing, product, research, and legal to drive naming decisions that deliver customer clarity and ecosystem consistency
• Evaluate naming options, articulate tradeoffs, and present clear recommendations
• Contribute to the evolution of brand standards, tools, and governance processes

Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple work streams simultaneously, with:

• 7+ years of experience in brand strategy, brand management, or related fields
• Proven expertise in brand and product naming and governance
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to synthesize research insights into clear brand and naming direction

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
