QGenda is seeking a dynamic and versatile Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This newly created role requires a creative, analytical, and collaborative individual to create and deliver compelling campaigns and impactful customer engagement through strategic storytelling.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the marketing ecosystem and will be adept at managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment, fostering collaboration among cross‑functional teams. Additionally, this pivotal role will help position QGenda as the leader in Healthcare Workforce Management, fostering connections and customer experience excellence.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Drive strategy and development of large‑scale, integrated, multi‑touch campaigns and events to expand brand awareness and generate high‑quality, top‑of‑funnel leads.
  • Orchestrate both persona‑based and account‑based programs within corporate marketing to successfully penetrate target accounts.
  • Partner and collaborate with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, CS and additional internal teams to design and execute creative, outcomes‑focused tactics and communications including email, webpage, advertising, social, direct mail, etc., creating impactful compelling narratives around industry macro issues.
  • Cultivate customer‑centric programs and activations to drive adoption and expansion, while nurturing current customers through creative, outcomes‑focused tactics and communications.
  • Educate and engage customers, building strong connections through brand architecture and messaging, ensuring consistency, amplification and integration across all touchpoints and messaging platforms, serving as an advocate for the QGenda brand.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics (KPIs) to refine and optimize strategies for strong campaign performance with maximum impact.
  • Support executive engagement initiatives relevant to industry associations including CHIME, HMA, SHRM, KLAS, etc., tracking and reporting on partnership performance and ROI, identifying and addressing challenges and issues, contributing to the program’s overall growth and success.

Experience You Bring
  • 10+ years of marketing experience required, with a strong background in customer campaigns and events.
  • Experience working with a healthcare IT company (experience with a subscription/SaaS product preferred).
  • 15% travel mainly for events.
