- Develop and maintain media plans, and related documentation including approvals and budgets
- Utilize media research tools and resources to support client recommendations
- Develop digital Requests for Proposals and evaluate proposals
- Stay abreast of local markets & media landscape
- Support team leaders in growth and development of Planners and Assistants
- Evaluate media opportunities and provide analysis for clients
- Deliver reporting with necessary information and analyze results
- Review competitive intelligence and determine key findings
- Facilitate client billing and ensure accurate invoicing
- Minimum of 3 years online & offline media planning experience
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in advertising, marketing, or a related program
- Experience with 3rd party ad server (CM360 preferred)
- Ability to analyze complex data
- Up-to-date knowledge of the media landscape (digital and traditional)
- Solid understanding of media performance metrics
- Working knowledge of media research tools and software such as com Score
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google tools (Sheets, Slides)
Demonstrates expertise in media planning and analysis, with a strong ability to utilize media research tools and evaluate proposals. Proficient in managing budgets, client billing, and delivering insightful reporting on media performance metrics.
