Job description

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting marketing, advertising, and social media efforts within Soliant. Develops collateral, email communications, content, and social posts. Executes lead-generative marketing requests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Communicates across departments to understand, process, and execute on lead-generating marketing requests.
  • Creates email campaigns using email automation tools such a Sense and Constant Contact
  • Leverages copywriting and design skills to create printed collateral, including flyers, sales sheets, recruitment posters, referral cards, and promotional items through design software like Canva and Adobe.
  • Works with senior marketing specialist to execute on larger marketing campaigns and paid efforts.
  • Facilitates meetings and shares insight, following up with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts and outcomes/leads are maximized.
  • Manages Social Media accounts, content calendars and content creation for Tik Tok, Linked In, Meta, and Pinterest.
  • Provides tradeshow and event support as needed.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication studies, public relations, or a related field with a minimum of one

(1) year of related experience required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:
  • Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to demonstrate and maintain high-level customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multitask under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of and the ability to apply principles, best practices, and standards of marketing, including related laws, rules and regulations.
  • Proficient with Canva
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
