This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Virtual Social Media Content Creator as part of the Intern
XL Program. The primary responsibilities include creating, managing, and posting engaging social media content across various platforms. The role involves developing visually appealing multimedia assets, writing copy that aligns with branding strategies, and monitoring social media accounts. The candidate will also analyze metrics to measure engagement and effectiveness, assist with campaign planning, and maintain consistency in messaging.
- Social Media Management and Content Creation skills, including experience with platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and Linked In
- Proficiency in Graphic Design tools and Video Editing software to create multimedia content
- Strong Copywriting and Communication skills for crafting engaging and brand‑consistent messages
- Analytical skills to track social media metrics, analyze engagement trends, and optimize performance
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on‑site team environment
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Experience with conservation or nonprofit organizations is a plus
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
