The Project is in its launch and growth phase. Volunteers joining now help support the day‑to‑day organization and coordination that allows programs, partnerships, and initiatives to move forward smoothly.
We are seeking a Program Operations Coordinator (Volunteer) to support coordination, organization, and operational follow‑through across A&N Career Services Project.
This role focuses on keeping things organized and moving. You will support how information is tracked, shared, and documented so that programs, events, and partnerships stay aligned and on schedule. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys organizing information, supporting teams, and helping projects run more smoothly.
This volunteer role is virtual‑first and designed to offer flexibility for participants based in Atlanta and beyond. Volunteers will participate primarily through remote collaboration and meetings throughout the cohort period.
A brief in‑person orientation will be hosted in Atlanta at the start of the cohort to welcome volunteers, share context on the work, and foster early connection. During the 12‑week cohort, volunteers may also be invited to optional in‑person meetings, events, or convenings aligned with cohort activities and A&N programming. These opportunities are designed to enhance connection, professional exposure, and engagement within the A&N network.
Volunteers will join a 12‑week cohort and receive onboarding and role guidance at the start. Optional in‑person meetings or events may be available in the Atlanta, GA, or Chicago, IL area, for volunteers local to Atlanta, GA, or Chicago, IL, and will be communicated in advance. Participation in in‑person activities is optional.
What You Will Do- Support coordination of program‑related information, documents, and materials
- Help keep shared folders, trackers, and resources organized
- Assist with documenting processes, notes, or updates as needed
- Support preparation of materials related to programs, events, or partnerships
- Collaborate with other volunteers to ensure information is accurate and accessible
- Help maintain consistency across shared documents and communications
- Participate virtually, with optional in‑person engagement as available
