The Multi-Year Campaign team plays a central role in UWGA's fundraising strategy, leading donor engagement, campaign execution, and philanthropic partnerships. The team works collaboratively across Development, Marketing, Finance, and Executive Leadership to align strategy, messaging, and operations in support of a multi-year aspirational giving campaign.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Director of Campaign Operations & Project Management is responsible for the day-to-day execution and operational management of the multi-year campaign.

This role ensures the integrity of campaign data, manages project coordination and administrative workflows, and supports the delivery of campaign activities across all work streams. The Assistant Director translates campaign strategy into execution by maintaining systems, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment across teams.
