Jon Ossoff for Senate is seeking a Recruitment Manager to support the 2026 re‑election campaign. The Recruitment Manager will be principally responsible for ensuring the campaign meets metrics for volunteer and paid program participants, managing a team of fellows and volunteers, attending public events on behalf of the campaign, and supporting the Special Projects department to ensure recruitment and mobilization programs are successful.

- Ensure the campaign meets metrics for volunteer and paid program participants.
- Manage a team of fellows and volunteers to ensure campaign presence at events and conduct recruitment phone banks.
- Attend public events on behalf of the campaign.
- Develop a calendar and plan to meet recruitment goals for the campaign.
- Maintain trackers and reporting systems to monitor recruitment efforts, and provide reports to the Special Projects Director.
- Lead and coordinate recruitment and mobilization programs.
- Entry level; 1–2 years of professional experience is appreciated but not required.
- Superb interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and pitch new ideas to recruit members to the program.
- Can manage several tasks/projects simultaneously, prioritizing and multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
- Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through on tasks.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites.
- Knowledge of campaign tools like VAN is appreciated but not required.
- Ability to travel throughout the state as necessary.
- Personable, patient, outgoing, friendly, and able to demonstrate campaign tools.
- Dental, vision and health insurance.
- $4,500 monthly compensation.
