Description

Job Purpose:

The Lead Enrichment Coordinator at Lenbrook Square Foundation Inc is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing enrichment programs that enhance the quality of life for residents. This role involves coordinating activities, managing resources, and ensuring that programs meet the diverse needs and interests of the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement a variety of enrichment programs that cater to the interests and needs of residents, including cultural, educational, and recreational activities. Collaborate with staff and volunteers to ensure the smooth execution of programs and events. Evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve resident satisfaction and engagement. Manage budgets and resources efficiently to maximize program impact while adhering to financial guidelines.

Develop partnerships with external organizations and professionals to bring in new and innovative program ideas. Communicate regularly with residents to gather feedback and assess their interests and needs. Train and supervise program staff and volunteers to ensure high-quality service delivery. Maintain accurate records of program participation and outcomes for reporting and improvement purposes. Supports Enrichment programming for Health Care and Assisted Living residents, including participation in care plan meetings, monitoring attendance and engagement, and coordinating activities based on resident needs, interests, and care plans.

Provides oversight of required activity documentation, assessments, attendance records, and related compliance requirements for Health Care and Assisted Living programming, ensuring records are accurate, timely, and maintained in accordance with applicable standards and community policies.

Qualifications

Required Experience:

Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role within a non-profit or senior living environment. Proven track record of successfully coordinating and managing enrichment programs for diverse groups. Experience in leading and developing teams to achieve organizational goals. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders. Required

Skills and Abilities:

Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with residents, staff, and external partners. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, PCC, and other relevant software tools for program management. Ability to analyze data and metrics to enhance program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and opportunities.
