The Outreach Team is seeking a Field Director to run our Georgia offices (Gwinnett & Fulton) and lead a canvassing effort focused on reproductive rights. You will recruit, train, and manage staff, lead by example in the field, and report to the Lead Director while coordinating with the Deputy Director.
Responsibilities include guiding a 40–60 hourly team, setting goals, ensuring quality, and maintaining a safe, equitable work environment.
