📌 Assignment Overview – Day Shift (3x12s)

Shift: 3x12-Hour Days
Time: 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM
Schedule: 36 hours per week

• Weekend: Rotational (details discussed during interview)
• Call: Yes – Variable
  • Typically 1 weekday call per week
  • 1 weekend call every 5–6 weeks
• Floating: Within facility and scope of practice as needed
• Minimum Experience: 2 years
• ✅ First-time travelers accepted

• Candidate undergoes clinical screening review
• If clinically approved (per Piedmont guidelines), profile goes to unit manager for final decision
• Clinical screens sent case-by-case

• RTO: Maximum 7 days
• Holiday Expectations:
  • 1 major holiday during contract → Must work 1
  • 2 major holidays → Must work both
  • 3 major holidays → Must work 2

Major Holidays Include:
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving / Black Friday
Christmas Eve / Christmas Day
New Year’s Eve / New Year’s Day

• Full compliance required before start date
• If not compliant → Start date pushed back 2 weeks (due to bi-weekly orientation schedule)
