Oncology Nurse

Job Description

Must have 3 years of oncology nursing experience (main specialty) and care plan experience

• Provides and coordinates nursing care for research participants, ensuring adherence to study protocols and regulatory guidelines
• Collecting and documenting research data per protocol
• Communicating with PIs, Sub-Is, and research staff
• Delivering safe, respectful patient care
• Maintaining clinical skills (assessment, phlebotomy, IV insertion)
• Following Universal Precautions and HIPAA regulations
• Preparing and maintaining clinical spaces per SOPs
• Participating in training to maintain licensure
• Facilitating informed consent and patient advocacy
• Managing multiple clinical trials and ensuring accurate documentation
• Handling study medications and records securely
• Reporting protocol deviations and patient safety concerns
• Coordinating support staff to ensure protocol compliance

Must have 3 years of oncology nursing experience (main specialty) and care plan experience

• Associate degree in Nursing
• Active Florida RN license and BLS certification
• Proficient in clinical tasks and investigational drug administration
• Adaptable to various clinical setting

This is a Permanent position based out of Altamonte Springs, FL.

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $98000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Altamonte Springs, FL.
