Piedmont Healthcare is recruiting for an Advanced Practitioner to join the Rheumatology team at Piedmont Atlanta. We are looking for an experienced APP interested in expanding their knowledge and career goals in the field as we continue to grow. This Advanced Practitioner will be working under the supervision of a Physician providing excellent patient care. This is a full-time position practicing in an outpatient setting with some inpatient rounding as well.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist physicians in patient care.
• Provide mid-level support to patients.
• Conduct initial inpatient consultation and outpatient on-call responsibilities.
• Facilitate bone health/fracture liaison services.
• Aid with departmental research program initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

Qualified candidates will have at least three years of experience working as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in either Rheumatology and Internal Medicine Masters, Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited PA program and National Board Certification --or-- Licensed as a Nurse and approved to practice as a NP by State of Georgia with National Certification
