Travel RN - Operating Room

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for an outpatient ophthalmology surgery center position requiring a minimum of 2 years of OR experience and a GA or compact RN license.

Job Details

• Outpatient surgery center setting specializing in ophthalmology procedures,

• Ophthalmology OR cases,

• 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM,

• Designated on-call (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). call shifts are required,

• No on-call ratio beyond scheduled call shifts,

• 13-week contract,

Job Requirements

• Active GA RN license or compact RN license currently in hand,

• BLS certification (AHA) required; ACLS preferred,

• Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience required,

• Ophthalmology OR experience strongly preferred,

• Driver's License required for consideration,

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position,

• Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a 2-year break before being eligible,

• Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront prior to offer acceptance - requests cannot be made after an offer is extended,

• An interview or pre-screen may be conducted prior to placement,
