Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Outpatient in Cardiology Department. This role supports cardiologists in providing high-quality cardiac care, including stress testing, EKG monitoring, and patient assessment in a clinical setting.
This is a daytime outpatient position in a structured, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist and monitor cardiac stress tests (treadmill and/or pharmacologic)
• Apply and monitor 12-lead EKGs
• Cardiac rhythm monitoring and documentation
• Proper lead placement and EKG interpretation basics
• IV insertion and medication administration as needed
• Monitor patients during procedures and identify abnormal findings
• Communicate effectively with physicians and care team
• Provide patient education and ensure safety during testing

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Recent experience in cardiology, telemetry, cardiac stepdown, or related cardiac setting
• Strong IV insertion skills
• Experience with EKG monitoring and rhythm recognition
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work between Glenlake and Gwinnett locations
