Job Opportunity – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse – Georgia

Schedule:
28-bed Progressive Care/Intermediate Care Unit with cardiac population; nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3-4
Highlights:
Specialized cardiac patient population including STEMI, NSTEMI, cardiothoracic surgery, and chest pain protocols
Hands-on experience with cardiac drips including Milrinone, Dobutamine, and pressors
May also care for telemetry patients with lower acuity levels within the same unit
Fast-paced, high-acuity environment ideal for nurses seeking to advance cardiac nursing skills
Opportunity to work in a well-established, large facility setting
Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia or compact state eligibility
Minimum 2 years of documented Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) experience in a similar-sized facility
Proven experience with cardiac patient populations and critical drips
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
Professional badge-appropriate photo and complete demographic information required for credentialing
