Travel RN - Telemetry

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Telemetry position in an Internal Medicine unit, requiring a GA or Compact RN license and at least 18 months of telemetry experience.

Job Details

• Position is located in an Internal Medicine unit (5E) within a hospital setting,

• Specialty focus is telemetry (TELE),

• 12-hour day shifts (AM),

• 13-week contract,

Job Requirements

• Active GA or Compact RN license currently in hand,

• Current BLS certification required,

• Minimum 18 months of telemetry nursing experience required,

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility - local candidates are not eligible for this position,

• Former permanent staff of Emory or Houston facilities must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system; if returning to the same facility, a minimum of 18 months separation is required,

• RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days if not falling on or near a holiday, or a maximum of 3 days if RTO falls on or near a holiday,

• Only one holiday RTO request will be approved per contract,

• RTO requests must be spread out and will not be approved for consecutive days during the holiday period
