Qualifications for RN Unit Manager:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and long-term care standards

  • Respond to emergencies and coordinate appropriate interventions.
  • Support quality improvement, infection control, and compliance initiatives.
