Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced CVOR Registered Nurse to provide specialized perioperative care in a surgical environment. The nurse will support cardiovascular procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining compliance with hospital standards.
Responsibilities:
- Administer preoperative and postoperative care to CVOR patients.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth cardiovascular procedures.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to clinical changes.
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control protocols.
- Document clinical assessments and interventions accurately.
- Comply with all facility and regulatory standards throughout shifts.
- Hold a valid GA or Compact license as a Registered Nurse.
- Possess at least 2 years of CVOR nursing experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in cardiovascular surgical procedures.
- Complete all compliance documentation prior to start date.
- Provide two supervisory references, preferably from a managerial role.
- Be flexible to work scheduled weekends, holidays, and call shifts.
