Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for a Medical Surgical unit to deliver high-quality patient care. This position involves working in a fast-paced acute surgery environment with a focus on patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver comprehensive nursing care to surgical patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to clinical changes promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Document patient information accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to plan and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
• Hold current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Commit to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
• Ability to work flexible hours in a varying schedule environment.
