The Emergency Services Quality Manager reports to the Emergency Services Director of Clinical Practice and is responsible for overseeing performance improvement, quality monitoring, and regulatory compliance across the Emergency Services Division. This role supports departmental leadership by monitoring quality standards, performance metrics, and strategic goals across multiple emergency care areas to ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, and high‑quality patient care.
This position utilizes strong project management and analytical skills to plan, implement, and evaluate quality improvement initiatives aligned with organizational priorities and regulatory requirements. The Emergency Services Quality Manager collaborates closely with interdisciplinary leaders to identify opportunities for improvement, coordinate division‑wide initiatives, and ensure accountability for quality outcomes. Through collaboration, data analysis, and structured quality oversight, this position plays a critical role in strengthening patient safety, improving clinical outcomes, and advancing operational excellence across the Emergency Services Division.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN)
- Active & Clear Georgia nursing license or compact license
- Four or more years of job‑related experience
- American Heart Association (ACLS, BLS, & PALS) certifications
- Nursing Professional Development certification (NPD‑PC) preferred
- TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)
