Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN (Tracheostomy & Ventilator Care)

We are seeking licensed practical or vocational nurses to provide tracheostomy and ventilator care to patients in multiple locations.

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses transferred to state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component);

• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred; 1 year required in Georgia
