Schedule:

Part‑Time | 16 hours/week | 8‑hour shifts | Rotating weekends

Compensation: $17.00 – $22.00/hr. + Weekend Differential: + $1.00/hr.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Metro Reentry Facility provides essential support to the nursing and medical team by assisting with daily patient care and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a structured healthcare setting.

• Assist with activities of daily living, including hygiene, mobility, and basic patient needs
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Support nurses with patient care tasks and clinical procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility protocols
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment
• Always follow infection control and safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and multidisciplinary team members

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Georgia required
• Current and Active CPR certification required
• Previous experience in corrections, long‑term care, or hospital setting preferred
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Ability to work in a structured, team‑oriented environment
